Gingerbread Keyboard for Froyo(2.2) and Eclair (2.1)
Upgrade Gingerbread Android 2.3 does not provide a big change on the handset that has been based Froyo. But as has been widely known, Gingerbread has provided a new model of a virtual keyboard that has been developed by Google.
For those who want to feel this keyboard but do not have a handset-based Gingerbread not need to wait any longer, all of this berhat one of the developers at Xda-developers. The trick is to download a full QWERTY keyboard (Link for Android 2.2, Link to Android 2.1) from your mobile browser.
Then change it into a keyboard arrangement for Gingerbread. You will find this new QWERTY keyboard running faster and smoother than the current keyboard Android. Quite easy and does not require root first.
